Thank you for shopping with CinemaNext's Online Shop.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made through our e-commerce platform, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sales, particularly subsection 2.9 of Paragraph 2 (Offers & Orders), which outlines our cancellation and return policy. Please note that if you are ordering goods from outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are typically levied once the shipment reaches its destination, and additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, these charges cannot be estimated at the time of order processing. Customs policies vary depending on the country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

You are entitled to cancel your order by notifying us using the aforementioned means. The conditions for cancellation are as follows:

1. Within two hours of receiving the initial sales order confirmation: cancellation is at no cost, except if the payment was made via credit card or immediate wire transfer, in which case cancellation is not possible.


2. Before shipping from CinemaNext’s warehouse or delivery to the specified address: subject to approval by CinemaNext, the Customer may cancel the order and be reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of 5% of the order value.


3. Within 5 days of delivery: subject to approval by CinemaNext, the Customer may return the product and be reimbursed, minus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the order value and return shipping charges paid by the Customer.


4. Within 5 days of delivery in specific cases: in cases where (a) the transport crate is damaged by the freight forwarder, or (b) the product is defective upon arrival, the Customer will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs, provided the Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure is completed. This procedure includes: issuing a note of refusal to the carrier upon delivery and writing "damaged" on the CMR document (consignment note) signed by the Customer, or providing a detailed written notification of the defect if the product is defective upon arrival (failure to notify within the prescribed time will be considered acceptance of the product(s) and/or installation with respect to apparent defects); shipping back the product with the return label provided with the delivery. In the event that CinemaNext agrees to exchange a product believed to be defective, and subsequent inspection reveals that the product is not defective, the Customer will be responsible for reimbursing CinemaNext for the inspection costs at CinemaNext's hourly rate.
